Service Technician

Job Title: Service Technician

Reports To: VP of Operations

FLSA Status: Full-Time

Location: Lee's Summit, MO

  • Job Details

    General Purpose

    • The Service Technician will run scheduled and reactive service on all equipment. This role will also be responsible for participating in the on-call rotation for their respective territories(s).

    Essential Duties and Tasks

    • Responsible for the completion of all scheduled and reactive work orders assigned to this individual.
    • Responsible for the continual stocking of this individual’s vehicle.
    • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule set by management.
    • Responsible for all paperwork needed to complete each work order assigned.
    • Responsible for communicating and working with supervisor/ manager on any problems that arise to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner and to Todco’s standards.

    Qualifications, Education, and Experience

    • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
    • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic schematics, and diagrams
    • Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills
    • Ability to create and meet deadlines
    • Self-management skills
    • Communicates clearly and effectively with vendors, customers, and Todco employees
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Experience using phone and computer systems and software
    • Must be willing to travel and stay overnight as needed

Install Technician I

Job Title: Install Technician I

    General Purpose

    • The Install Technician I will assemble, clean, and install beverage equipment for Todco customers at assigned location(s) across the United States. 

    Essential Duties and Tasks

    • Responsible for quality completion of assigned installation.
    • Responsible for all paperwork required to complete each installation. 
    • Responsible for communicating and working with supervisor/manager on any problems
    • Responsible for representing Todco while at customer site in a professional manner and providing customers with high quality service as needed 
    • Perform other assignments as requested by the Leadership Team.

    Qualifications, Education, and Experience

    • Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills
    • Ability to create and meet deadlines
    • Communicates clearly and effectively with vendors, customers, and Todco employees
    • Experience using phone, computer systems, and software
    • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic schematics, and diagrams preferred
    • Must be willing to travel and stay overnight for 85% of the time

Quality Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Quality Maintenance Technician

Reports To: QMC Technician

FLSA Status: Full-Time

Location: Remote With Travel

  • Job Details

    General Purpose

    • The Quality Maintenance Technician (QMC Tech) will perform quality audit inspections on beverage dispensing equipment and water filtration systems for scheduled McDonald’s customers in an assigned territory.

    Essential Duties and Tasks

    • Responsible for ensuring McDonald’s equipment dispenses beverages that meet McDonald’s quality expectations and standards.
    • Responsible for creation and execution of efficient and cost effective bi-annual schedule with little to no daily supervision
    • Responsible for educating customer on proper maintenance procedures to minimize possible equipment problems.
    • Responsible for completion of required routine 120-point quality check for each store twice a year.
    • Responsible for representing Todco while at the customer site in a professional manner that provides excellent customer service.
    • Responsible for completion of all required paperwork.
    • Responsible for communicating and working with supervisor/ manager on any problems that arise to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner and to McDonald’s standards.
    • Responsible for reporting maintenance and repair of utilized fleet vehicles.

    Qualifications, Education, and Experience

    • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic schematics, and diagrams
    • Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills
    • Self-management skills with an ability to create and meet deadlines
    • Communicates clearly and effectively with vendors, customers, and Todco employees both verbally and in written form
    • Experience using phone, computer systems, and software
    • Valid Driver’s License required
    • Must be willing to travel and stay overnight
